This Terms and Conditions Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to an individual’s or entity’s use of the free content feeds provided by SBRtools.com, a website owned and operated by SBR Marketing Ltd. (“SBR”).
There are no exceptions to the following terms and conditions without written permission from SBR.
Content feeds from SBRtools.com are provided “as is”. While every effort is made to assure the accuracy of information provided, SBR offers no warranty nor assumes any liability regarding the correctness of its feeds. SBR will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the provided services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the use of SBRtools.com’s feeds on your site other than in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
All SBRtools.com services will remain free to both commercial and non-commercial websites, provided that 3rd-party webmasters do not attempt to sell, rent or otherwise redistribute the SBRtools.com feeds.
You acknowledge that the SBRtools.com feeds contains links, descriptions and other material (collectively, the "Links") that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of SBR and third-party content providers.
You may not modify any of the Links, in whole or part, except as provided for in the process of generating your feeds on SBRtools.com. Specifically, any attempts to remove, alter or otherwise obscure the links back to SBR’s websites will result in the removal of your access to SBRtools.com’s free content.
You may not use any of the content provided in the SBRtools.com free feeds outside of the context in which they are initially provided. Copy and paste of articles and information outside of the pre-programmed format provided by SBR will result in the removal of your access to the free content feeds.
You may write commentary around the feeds, and sell advertising on the page which contains the feeds, but you shall be solely liable if such commentary and/or advertising violates or infringes on the rights of any publisher.
SBRtools.com feeds may not be used on websites which SBR determines to be unsuitable. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to those that:
SBR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the SBRtools.com free content feeds at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.
SBR is committed to protecting the privacy of all persons or entities who register for free content from SBRtools.com. Any and all information collected during the registration process, including email addresses, will be used solely for the purposes of direct communication between SBR and those webmasters using our feeds. No information will ever be sold or otherwise distributed to any parties outside of SBR.
